LASER CUTTERS

The two main advantages of laser cutting over mechanical cutting  are the lack of physical contact (since there is no cutting edge which can become contaminated by the material or contaminate the material) and precision (since there is no wear on the laser). There is also a reduced chance of warping the material that is being cut, as laser systems have a small heat-affected zone.

All our machines use the flying optics laser and feature a stationary table and a cutting head (with laser beam) that moves over the work piece in both of the horizontal dimensions. Flying-optics cutters keep the workpiece stationary during processing, and don't require material clamping. The moving mass is constant, so dynamics aren't affected by varying size and thickness of workpiece. Flying optics machines are the fastest class of laser cutting machines.

Possible applications include: Acrylic, Alluminum, PWC, Wood, Rubber, Plastic, Tiles, Leather, Paper.

Along with our router you receive LaserCut software (in-house software written specifically for our machines) with plt (e.g. CorelDraw), dxf (e.g. AutoCad) and G-Codes (e.g. VisualMill, SolidWorks) and bmp ("burning photos").

Software:

Each "QSL" Laser Cutter comes equipped with a specifically designed LaserCut software with plt (e.g. CorelDraw), dxf (e.g. AutoCad) and G-Codes (e.g. VisualMill, SolidWorks) and bmp ("burning photos").

Laser tubes:

Depending on the model, we use laser tubes of three different powers: (see table)

The tubes used in our machines are of highest quality, their longevity varies between 3000 and 5000 working hours depending on the power output.

MEGAPLOT offers 6 months warranty for the tubes used in our machines. We have numerous tubes of different powers in our stock in order to ensure that the waiting time for a new tube is cut to minimum.

Warranty

All MegaPlot Laser Cutters come with a 1-year warranty.

Basic warranty terms:

1. The warranty covers all electronic and mechanical parts as well as software (except for the laser tube, see below).
2. The laser tube is covered by a 6-months warranty.
3. All replacement parts are provided free of charge on EXW (ex-works) basis from our factory in Poland.
4. Most replacement parts are shipped to customers on the very same day they are requested.
