XMD series - CNC Routers

The XMD routers are designed for processing materials such as EPS XPS, plywood PVC, Dibond or soft metals such as aluminum, bronze, brass and copper.

After years of experience in the production of router machines we can ensure our customers all working solutions required. Through greater attention in the design, manufacture and installation of these machines combined with the highest quality materials we can claim to have obtained a quality product.

In confirmation of our success are the continuous attempts by competitors to copy our technological solutions but without success. We do not see this as a threat but rather a strong motivation for further improvement and development of our machines.

SOFTWARE

Each router is equipped with two software applications:

MegaCut 2D with Hpgl.plt (CorelDraw), dxf (Autocad) and G-codici (VisualMill, SolidWorks)

MegaCut 3D with Raw support (Rhinoceros 3D).

These user-friendly applications, can offer a range of features and settings that allow the operator to configure all the parameters for the project, such as cutting speed, spindle rotation, the order and direction of the cut and many, many others.

  • MegaCut 2D software is included free with all our models of milling. In addition, all updates are supplied free of charge. If you already own a milling machine MegaPlot XMD, please contact us for the latest version of MegaCut 2D and download it directly from our site.

    Basic features:

    • HPGL.plt, DXF and G-Code support (CorelDraw, AutoCAD, etc.)
    • Setting direction tools
    • Select the order of the figures to be cut (for example, first the inside and then the outside of theletter "O")
