QSL Series - Laser engravers

Two main advantages of laser cutting, are the absence of physical contact between the material to be engraved and the cutting tool (since there is no tool which can be contaminated by materials or contaminate the material) and precision (as it does not there is no wear of the laser). There is also a reduced chance of deformation of the cut material, since the laser systems have a small area that releases heat.

All our machines are equipped with a work surface where it supports the material and of a head (with mobile laser beam) that moves above the piece to be cut in all horizontal directions.

It is not necessary to clamp the workpiece during machining. The mobile laser machines are faster than ever as a cutting type systems with a laser disk.

Materials: acrylic, aluminum, PWC, wood, rubber, plastic, tile, leather, paper.

Our laser systems are equipped with software that can read the following files: plt (CorelDraw), DXF (AutoCAD), G-codes (VisualMill, SolidWorks) and bmp (for engraving image photos).

Software

Each "QSL" Laser Cutter is equipped with a software specifically designed to recognize the following files: plt (CorelDraw), DXF (AutoCAD) and G-codes (VisualMill, SolidWorks) and BMP (engraved image pic).

Basic features of the software:

  • Sequence settings tool
  • Finishing and smoothing of the curves
  • Manual control of the three axes
  • Variable scale
  • Cut simulation
  • ARM-based modern electronic controller with USB support, compatible with Windows XP and Vista.

For each model, three different lasers are used (see table below)

The laser used in our machines are top quality, the duration varies between 3000 and 5000 hours depending on power output.

MEGAPLOT has 6 months warranty for lasers used in our machines and thanks to the supply of stock, we can quickly provide for the replacement.

All lasers MegaPlot are covered by 12 month warranty.

Basic Warranty Terms:

  1. The warranty covers all mechanical and electronic parts, and the software (except for the laser, see below).
  2. The laser tube is covered by a warranty of 6 months.
  3. All pieces of parts are delivered free on EXW (ex works), our factory in Poland or from the place of Altec Italy.
  4. Most replacement parts are shipped the same day the request.
